A unique opportunity has emerged for a Senior Architect to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary design team based in Oxford. This role offers the chance to work on a range of Oxfordshire.

The position sits within a respected AJ100 architectural practice renowned for its innovative, world-class design work. With a broad and evolving portfolio, the team delivers projects across sectors such as advanced manufacturing, science, healthcare, education, defence, and workplace. Operating both nationally and internationally, they undertake projects of varying scale and complexity, from concept through to delivery.

Known for fostering a collaborative and integrated approach, the practice places a strong emphasis on technical excellence and thoughtful design. Their work is driven by a commitment to creating spaces that enhance human experiences and elevate day-to-day environments.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

  • ARB registered with substantial post qualification experience.
  • Demonstrate design and technical leadership.
  • Apply strong design and technical detailing skills; experience with Revit would be advantageous.
  • Effectively communicate ideas orally, graphically, and in writing.
  • Prepare technical drawing packages and specifications.
  • Offer practical, methodical solutions to problems while managing budgets and deadlines.
  • Manage planning applications and Building Regulations processes.
  • Conduct inspections of building work on-site.
  • Maintain knowledge of UK best practice standards.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to identify further opportunities for collaboration.
  • Support business development activities as needed.
