Senior Architect

Salary: 40-46,000

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect with a passion for conservation to join a friendly, RIBA chartered practice in Oxford. The practice has a strong focus on sustainability and historical buildings and is proud to bring buildings back to life by providing innovative designs.

The successful Senior Architect should have significant UK-based, post Part 3 experience and have ideally managed a small team. It should go without saying that you boast creative design flare and strong technical abilities. AutoCAD knowledge is also essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

  • Member of ARB or RICS
  • Significant UK-based post Part 3 experience
  • Passion for building conservation
  • Managing a small team and developing their skills
  • Managing budgets and projects
  • Experience in contract management and contract administration
  • Knowledge of historic building conservation, maintenance and repair
  • Full, clean driving licence and access to a car
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
