Our client a growing organisation, within the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to manage the day-to-day warehouse operations in Oxford.

The primary responsibility of the role is to oversee daily operations, to ensure the timely receipt and dispatch of goods, manage inventory, and ensure that the warehouse is operating at maximum efficiency.

Additionally, the Warehouse Manager is also responsible for supervising and motivating a small warehouse team, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with Health and safety regulations.

Suitable candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry, experience of supervising a team, along with strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, a 'hands on approach’ with a 'can do’ attitude. Due to the nature of the role, applicants should hold avalid forklift licence.
