Trainee Property Loss Adjuster Needed!

We have an excellent opportunity for trainee domestic property loss adjusters across the Berkshire/Milton Keynes region.

Whilst you will be comfortable working on your own, youll be a core part of our extensive team. Systems training will be available, and we will also provide appropriate support for remote (home) working if necessary.

You will have:

  • Valid full UK driving license essential
  • Effective communication skills to interact with policyholders, insurance companies, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess the cause and extent of property damage/losses
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to find creative, fair solutions for claim settlements
  • Keen attention to detail when evaluating damage and determining appropriate compensation
  • Exceptional time management to handle multiple claims simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Empathy and outstanding customer service skills to support policyholders through the claims process
  • Skilled negotiator able to reach mutually agreeable settlements for all parties
  • Integrity to handle sensitive information confidentially and avoid conflicts of interest
  • Adaptability to adjust approach as needed for efficient, effective claim resolution
  • Proficiency with Apple software and products
