ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT - UP TO £45K HOURLY EQUIVALENT - 22ND APRIL START DATE - 1 DAY A WEEK ONSITE - FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME - OXFORD

Robert Half are thrilled to be working exclusively with a fantastic organisation in Oxford that are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their close-knit finance team for a short-term assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of accruals and prepayments.
  • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements.
  • Review and reconciliation of supplier balances and resolving complex queries.
  • Create inter-company invoices and reconciliation of trade balances.
  • Manage Associates payments and invoices, obtain approvals from relevant PMs and enter timesheets.
  • Managing company credit card transaction imports, submissions and reconciliations.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Qualified by experience or be qualified/part-qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).
  • Strong experience of management accounts, ideally in a group setting.
  • Balance sheet reconciliation experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • NetSuite experience desirable.
  • Must be able to start on 22nd April!
