Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working on behalf of a prestigious client who is currently seeking a proactive and versatile Business Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Administer holiday bookings and manage telephone inquiries, directing them accordingly.
  • Prepare equipment and conduct office tours for new starters, and collect equipment from leavers.
  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a professional company image.
  • Maintain the office appearance, including tidiness and stocking of kitchen supplies.
  • Manage the preparation and clearing of meeting rooms, arrange furniture, and handle refreshments and catering for meetings and training sessions.
  • Control stock of meeting room stationery and maintain office equipment.
  • Liaise with suppliers for ordering stationery and other office consumables.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and car services for the senior team as needed.
  • Help organize company events and handle incoming and outgoing post.
  • Manage usage and maintenance of the franking machine and handle deliveries and couriers.
  • Perform errands such as purchasing office supplies and coordinating desk and parking bookings using appropriate software.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role within a busy office environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to come in and hit the ground running, quickly adapting to new roles and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems, including project accounting systems 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
