Our clients are a legal firm based in Oxford a rare opportunity has come up for a Facilities Assistant to join their Oxford office. You will ensure day to day management of all Facilities requirements are met. You will assist on storage, maintenance and archiving of deeds/wills and probate files, using a computerised database system and assist the Facilities Supervisor with H&S requirements including new starter inductions and maintenance of records.

Cover and support will be required at certain times in our other offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cover mail room duties on a daily basis
  • Assist with office and meeting room set ups
  • Assist with hospitality
  • Provide support to all internal clients regarding stationery and other miscellaneous requests as and when required
  • Providing reprographics support for all departments on request
  • Ordering of stationery, lighting, cash & carry consumables

Skills, Experience and Attributes

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C (Including English and Maths)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
  • Previous experience within a customer service role or office environment
  • Previous experience within a legal environment is desirable
  • Excellent organisation capability with the ability to effectively prioritise
  • Client service focused
