We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our client's friendly team. This is a part-time, office-based role, offering 24 hours per week, with flexible weekday working available. You can spread your hours over 3, 4, or 5 days-whatever works best for you.
Key Responsibilities:
. Order fulfilment and scanning
. Ebay administration and handling of items
. Taking packages to the local post office
. Managing customer queries via phone, email, and post
. General office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
The Ideal Candidate:
. A self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team
. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
. Ability to work methodically with a keen eye for detail
. Basic computer literacy
. Physically able to handle some lifting and carry lightweight packages to the nearby post office (approx. 400m away)
. Own transport is required due to rural location
. Previous office experience is preferred but not essential
