Temporary Office Assistant Responsibilities
- Managing the front of house
- Dealing with queries and welcoming visitors
- Taking incoming telephone calls, sending emails as required
- Liaising with internal and external colleagues
- Assisting with taking payments
- Customer service administration, data entry and any other support, as required
