This role is ideal for a graduate or experienced tradesperson seeking their first step into site management. The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced site team, gaining hands-on experience and structured mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Support the Site Manager in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Monitor health and safety compliance, ensuring all regulations and procedures are followed.
  • Help to maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, schedules, and quality control documentation.
  • Work closely with the site team to learn project management processes, construction methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred) OR a trades background with a desire to step into management.
