Role

We are currently supporting a well-established M&E contractor, with a turnover of 70m, in their search for an Electrical Site Manager to oversee a 10m commercial project. This project will be based in Oxford with the scheme currently in its early phases, initially for the fit out package of this scheme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day electrical site operations for a large-scale commercial development
  • Report directly to the Project Director and work in close collaboration with the Mechanical Project Manager
  • Supervise electrical subcontractors and on-site teams, ensuring work is carried out safely and to the required quality standards
  • Ensure the project progresses according to schedule and within budget, addressing any issues that arise on-site
  • Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

About You

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager, preferably on large commercial or M&E projects
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installations, systems, and site management practices
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and sub-contractors effectively
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining project momentum
