Mechanical Site Manager

Mechanical Site Manager - 12-month contract.

The Client:

My client is a leading tier 1 M&E Contractor who are currently recruiting a Mechanical Site Manager to complete a 12-month contract, to supervise their commercial project.

Mechanical Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager.
• Attendance of meetings on-site.
• Manage and oversee projects until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time.
• Dealt with sub - contractors.
• Responsible for QA works for the Mechanical packages.
• Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client

Mechanical Site Manager Requirements:

• SMSTS
• Working for an M&E subcontractor is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Mechanical Site manager.
• Asbestos Awareness
• Enhanced DBS
• First Aid Qualifications
• Experience in commercial projects.
