Our client, a nonprofit publisher bringing influential research to a global audience, is hiring an experienced Facilities & Office Manager (FOM) to join their Oxford team.
The FOM supports 25 staff and tenants while liaising with global colleagues.
Responsibilities:
Oversee building utilities, maintenance, and vendor contracts.
Act as liaison with accounting, IT, and HR teams.
Manage facilities budget and building tenants.
Support events and coordinate event spaces.
Provide administrative support for publishing departments.
Update office handbook, track budget, and assist travellers.
Promote an inclusive office environment.
Requirements:
3-5 years of facilities/office management experience.
Ability to work on-site with some flexibility.
Knowledge of UK facilities regulations or willingness to learn.
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
Independent and team-oriented work ethic.
