We are proud to be representing a successful water hygiene and treatment company renowned for its expertise in the water sector. They are looking to employ a dependable Operations Manager to support their experienced team!

Requirements for applicants:

  • Live within a commutable distance of our office in Oxfordshire
  • A good understanding of operational duties and logistics
  • A strong knowledge of water hygiene, treatment and remedial tasks
  • Great communication, teamwork and organisational skills essential.
  • Working knowledge of computer packages, systems and software
  • Proven minimum 5 year record or work history within a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing mobile engineers and the day-to-day functionality of the operations department
  • Overseeing the works booking process to ensure minimal lead times and ongoing compliance * Management of warehouse, fleet, chemical and equipment stocks
  • Carrying out regular reviews of the department and reporting directly to directors * Involvement with new engineer and operational staff recruitment processes
  • Implementation and management of existing and new processes
  • Reporting directly to directors and taking an active role in the forward direction of the business
