Site Manager

Konnect are looking for a SiteManager for a nationwide contractor,with experiance in tier 2 and teir 1 projects. The ideal candidate will have experiance in fit-out and refurbishments within healthcare and education industries.

Responsibilities and role:

• Reporting into a Contracts Manager or Project Manager
• Management of sub-contractors
• Responsible for Health & Safety
• Checking quality of work carried out
• Maintaining the site programme

Requirements:

• Willing to travel nationwide
• Trade or construction degree background
• Experience working for a similar company in the past
• Knowledge of building process, including general Building Regulations
• SMSTS
• First aid qualified
• CSCS card holder at Manager level
• Safety trained in Construction Site Safety
• Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate at all levels
