Site Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned contractor based in the Thames Valley that have an excellent reputation of delivering some of the finest super prime residential builds across the South.

Due to a new site starting they are currently seeking a Site Manager to work on a 5m, Grade II listed refurbishment project on a private property in Oxford. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working as a Site Manager for a main contractor, must have experience working with listed refurbishments and must be based within an hours commute of Oxfordshire. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be willing to pay up to 70k + package.
