Reginald Gray is partnering with a respected Oxford-based contractor that delivers high-quality projects across the public and private education, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. Over the past two years, the business has successfully completed several larger, flagship schemes, with typical project values ranging from 1M to 5M.

Role Overview:
The company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team. This role will involve overseeing the smooth running of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring a traditional approach to site management, and the company values consistency, so a solid career history is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality control across all workstreams
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction to completion
• Report on site progress and manage any issues or delays effectively
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
• Ensure effective site management and a safe working environment at all times

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a site management role, ideally with a trade background
• Proven experience delivering projects within the education, healthcare, or hospitality sectors
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively
• A thorough understanding of construction processes and project delivery
• A solid career history with consistent employment in site management roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card (preferred)
