My client are a leading civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager for a new infrastructure and civils scheme being delivered in Oxfordshire. My client operate across multiple sectors including construction, infrastructure and renewable energy.
Site manager responsibilities:
- Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.
- Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials.
- Task briefings.
- Permits to work.
- Record keeping.
- Managing health and safety.
- Liaising with the client and local authorities.
- Attending site and H&S meetings.
Site manager requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- NVQ level 3 or above.
- SMSTS.
- First aid.
- NRSWA - Desirable.
- Previous experience with highways, drainage and civils.
- 5-8 years site management experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
