Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a new opportunity? Fawkes & Reece are partnered with a leading main contractor who specialise in the Education sector on projects up to 30million. They also work across the defence, arts & culture, health care, religious buildings, residential and sports and leisure.
Responsibilities for the Site Manager
- Ensure the project is running to programme and is compliant with Health & Safety.
- Strong focus on Quality Assurance.
- Number one on site or a number 2 on larger projects
- Manage the subcontractors
- Manager the whole build process on new build and refurbishment schemes.
Requirements for the Site Manager role
- Desired experience with Education projects up to 30million
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management desired
- Leadership ability
