The position is for an Oxfordshire based main-contractor working in the residential and commercial spaces.

The role is for a Site Managercarrying out the following responsibilities:

Managing sub-contractors
Setting out works
Health and safety checks
Site reports, site instructions, site introductions
Working with Contracts Manager and QS

Requirements for the role are:

Minimum of 3 years experience
Either residential or commercial experience
Autonomously running projects
Sub-contractor management
