We’re searching for an Ecommerce Assistant to join our established client, based in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. You’ll gain hands-on-experience supporting ecommerce operations across multiple sites, including promotional campaigns and onsite merchandising.
A prestigious mail order and online retailer known for its unique blend of tradition and innovation, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your Ecommerce career, working with the wider Ecommerce team to support business growth.
This is a part time, temporary position (21 hours per week).
Due to the rural location in Oxfordshire, a driving licence and vehicle are required to be considered for this position.
In the role of an E-Commerce Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinate promotional codes and discount campaigns across UK and French websites.
- Support onsite merchandising, ensuring product categories are optimally displayed.
- Collaborate on photoshoots, including creating shoot lists and overseeing logistics.
- Conduct site walk-throughs to enhance user experience.
- Validate product listings, ensuring accuracy and timely launches.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Proficiency in Excel with a logical and data-focused mindset.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Interest in ecommerce and marketing as a career path.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a retail or digital environment is a plus but not essential.
