Because the companies presence is not in the South West yet- the new Air Conditioning Manager / Lead Air Conditioning Engineer will be hands on with service, repairs, and maintenance works (As well as installs when required). PLUS you will get your own apprentice / junior air conditioning engineer after probation (3 months), to support with workload and inhibit growth- which you will have free reign of from this point forward! The Service Director (Based in London), will be in full support of you throughout and be there to help. All work will be organized by the office in conjunction with you.
