About the RoleOur MRO team is seeking experienced B1/B2  Licensed Engineers to join our expanding operations in Oxford and Shawbury. This is a certifying role where you will play a critical part in maintaining and ensuring the safe operation of various rotorcraft, focusing on delivering exceptional service and quality in aircraft maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance inspections and repairs on rotorcraft as directed by Maintenance Supervisors.
  • Certify maintenance and repairs, requiring a Part 66 Licence in B1.3 (Turbine Rotorcraft).
  • Conduct maintenance across airframe structures, power plants, and mechanical/electrical systems, including replacing avionic line replaceable units.
  • Oversee and certify the work of maintenance fitters.
  • Support daily hangar operations, including aircraft movement and general upkeep.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of engine and airframe systems, along with the use of specialized test equipment.
  • Familiarity with UK CAA regulations, particularly Part 145, Part M, and UK ANO requirements.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Flexible approach to accommodate both company and customer needs.

QualificationsEssential:

  • Part 66 B1.3 Licence (applicants working toward this license with substantial maintenance experience may also be considered).Desirable:
  • Rotary aircraft experience; type training on specific rotorcraft will be provided for the right candidate.
