Job title: Building Services Engineer
Location: Static site in Oxford (OX11)
Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying between 38,000 - 40,000 Per annum
Requirements:
* City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrcial/Mechancial/Plumbimg or AC
* 18th Ediiton (Desired)
* Bulding services experience

About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong engineer to be based on a high end commercial site in Oxford (OX11) We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Engineer to carry out duties to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Electrical distribution systems
- Generator testing
- Air conditioning system, VAV, VRV and FCU's
- Air Handling Units
- Pumps
- Water Treatment including Tap temperature testing and outlet flushing
- Building management system.
- Weekly fire alarm testing
- Monthly Emergency lighting tests
- HVAC maintenance
- Heating and cooling related issues
- Electrical fault finding
- Lighting repairs
- Assisting engineers with other PPM or reactive tasks
