Our client is a supplier of high performance systems to scientific research groups throughout the world. They are dedicated to producing a service that's quality is recognised as second to none. Due to exciting plans for 2025 they are looking for a Project Engineer to join their team.

With no day ever being the same the Project Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the technical/critical success factors of any given project for its lifetime within the company.
  • In depth planning of projects
  • Design of cryogenic equipment, or working closely with a design team, drawing checking.
  • Technical input and management of R&D projects, co-ordination of teams.
  • Customer service and communications, understanding of customer requirement.
  • Driving the project (projects) to plan
  • An understanding of Test and Installation of systems
  • Assisting the sales function with technical specifications for tender documentation when required.
  • Using, designing and developing processes to enhance products and improve the company performance.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Previous design experience in an R&D environment
  • Scientific systems knowledge
  • Manufacturing Experience
  • Experience managing all aspects of projects
