My clientare currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a dynamic team at a large facilities company. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of maintenance engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of a large maintenance contract close to Oxford. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance engineerson site
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of the contract.
- Conduct regular inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimisedowntime and maximise equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and improve maintenance processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Electrically or mechanically qualified with relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in overseeing a team of maintenance engineers.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and maintenance practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
