My clientare currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a dynamic team at a large facilities company. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of maintenance engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of a large maintenance contract close to Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of my clientscompany.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance engineerson site
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of the contract.
  • Conduct regular inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimisedowntime and maximise equipment reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and improve maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Electrically or mechanically qualified with relevant certifications.
  • Proven experience in overseeing a team of maintenance engineers.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and maintenance practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
