A prominent global manufacturing organization is seeking a Materials Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis in Oxford offering a salary of 50,000.
The Materials Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring optimal material availability for both internal and external customers, while also supporting the organisation's production and servicing operations.

Role responsibilities of the Material Analyst include:
- Ensure high levels of material availability for internal and external customers
- Maintaining data accuracy in SAP Item Master and updating Bill of Materials for manufacturing and servicing needs
- Execute SAP Production Orders to align with manufacturing plans and address material shortages
- Development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators using tools like PowerBi or SAP
- Creating and managing a reporting system for timely and accurate data delivery across the business
- Lead the MRP process to ensure timely purchase orders
- Support process improvement initiatives and provide SAP guidance, becoming an expert in the system
Person Specification of the Material Analyst:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a regulated industry
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in handling complex datasets
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary
Up to 50k
This role is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days per week onsite at the Oxford Office.
