About Us:
My client is a dynamic and fast-paced company looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, documents, and correspondence
  • Handle personal errands, including shopping, appointments, and travel bookings
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Manage household tasks and assist with personal projects
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
