We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-paced, growing financial services company. Personal Assistant - About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and messages, ensuring effective communication and prioritising where necessary.
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s diary, ensuring appointments are organised and prioritised in an efficient, structured manner.
- Arrange and book travel, transport, and accommodation for the CEO and team members across the group.
- Provide general administrative support, including monthly billing, filing, booking meeting rooms, and assisting with holiday cover for service line administrators.
- Manage internal and external events, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.
- Meet and greet office visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the business by supporting a variety of business functions as required.
- Collaborate with the wider Business Support Team, assisting other administrators as needed.
- Ensure a positive client experience through telephone interactions and face-to-face meetings.
The successful Personal Assistant will have/be:
- GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above (or equivalent).
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Previous experience as a PA is desirable, though not essential.
