What will I be doing?

The Account Executive is a key member of the Account Management team. They partner Account Managers (AM) to drive and manage the execution of allocated regional accounts, helping to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.

The role also involves working across all areas of the business. You will frequently work with the Marketing team on delivering effective communication to clients, the Product Development team to feedback and develop tech capabilities and the Sales & Innovation team to support any opportunities for growth and added value.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Work with the AM to ensure expectations of stakeholders are met and ensure project documentation is maintained to include all key information.
  • Support the AM in the delivery of the project strategy, monitoring activity data (and any wider KPIs) to ensure growth is reviewed.
  • Ensure appropriate conversations happen with clients and key stakeholders to identify their objectives and challenges and develops robust recommendations to achieve or overcome these.
  • Support the AM in the creation of any bespoke reporting requirements and support with the delivery and interpretation of monthly reports to clients and makes recommendations for next steps based on insights.
  • Ensures surveys go out to all key users on a regular basis. Work with the Marketing team to ensure surveys are appropriate for the user, based on service provided and collate and interprets results.
  • Work with the AM to develop action plans, support the creation of any case studies etc. and ensure successes are shared with client and key users via comms.
  • Supports the AM in their problem-solving activities monitoring key aspects of the project - as briefed by AM - and share any trends or concerns as early as possible with AM to ensure appropriate steps are taken to mitigate risk.

What skills and experience are required?

  • Planning and organisation: managing tasks simultaneously, accurately, and according to priority.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

What else do I need to know?

This is a full time permanent role. My client operate a hybrid working model. You will be expected to attend their central Oxford office at least once a week. Other benefits include:-
