The ideal candidate must have -
- Managing a diverse customer base, including vulnerable tenants with complex needs.
- A previous role very similar as either a Housing Officer or a Tenancy Management officer.
- Knowledge of current landlord and tenant legislation, guidance, best practice, and case law.
- Mobility to undertake site visits, property inspections, and provide hands-on support
