Job Title: HR Business PartnerLocation: Oxfordshire Hybrid: 3/2 office split  JGA are partnered with British operating company, who are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner.  Purpose of the role is to work at both an operational and strategic level within the business, leading the design and delivery of the people plan, ensuring full alignment to the short, medium, and long-term business objectives.  Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee relations casework, misconduct investigations, and grievances.
  • Advise SLT on performance and HR matters.
  • Oversee absence management, reporting, and support on sickness and family leave.
  • Lead recruitment strategies, job advert creation, and interview panels.
  • Ensure safeguarding and compliance with recruitment checks and training records.
  • Manage payroll, exit arrangements, and staff census.
  • Supervise HR team and ensure smooth HR processes.
Qualifications:
  • HR expertise with experience in casework, absence management, and recruitment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of statutory HR regulations and safeguarding procedures.
  • Worked within the Education sector.
