Join our team as an Acute Medical Occupational Therapist and play a key role in supporting patients with a variety of complex medical conditions. In this role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments in an acute setting
- Develop and implement patient-centred rehabilitation plans
- Facilitate safe and timely hospital discharges
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, physiotherapists, and discharge coordinators
- Provide mobility and equipment assessments
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- HCPC registration
- Experience working in an acute medical setting
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
