We are looking for a diligent Maintenance Administrator on a 12-14 month FTC to join the maintenance department in our Not For Profit organisation based in Oxford. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a passion for ensuring a smooth running of the maintenance department.

Description

The successful Maintenance Administrator will:

  • Oversee and manage all maintenance related records and documentation.

  • Handle all communication related to maintenance activities, internally and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the department.
