We are looking for a diligent Maintenance Administrator on a 12-14 month FTC to join the maintenance department in our Not For Profit organisation based in Oxford. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a passion for ensuring a smooth running of the maintenance department.

Description
The successful Maintenance Administrator will:
- Oversee and manage all maintenance related records and documentation.
- Coordinate with various teams to schedule necessary maintenance work.
- Implement and maintain effective record systems for tracking maintenance activities.
- Handle all communication related to maintenance activities, internally and externally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the department.
- Assist in budget planning and control for the maintenance department.
- Generate regular reports on maintenance activities and performance.
- Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Administrator should have:
- A relevant qualification in administration or a related field.
- Experience in a maintenance or facilities administrative role within a similar organisation.
- A thorough understanding of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
