They are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in Oxford on a 12 month fixed term maternity contract. As the Office Administrator, you will report to the Regional Studio Manager.Â

- Serve as the primary contact for employee and office support needs.
- Manage front office tasks, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls.
- Handle purchasing for office supplies, stock, and stationery.
- Provide administrative assistance to the team, such as coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and drawings, managing files, and uploading documents to client portals.
- Assist project leaders with fee and resource management by supporting the Regional Studio Manager in monthly project reviews, using our internal project management software (Rapport) for updates.
- Oversee facilities management tasks to ensure a well-maintained work environment.
- Support the implementation and upkeep of business procedures.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings as needed.
- Provide new employees with onboarding information, including health & safety guidelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Experience in office management or a similar role within a similar industry - Build, Technical, Design or Real Estate would be highly advantageous.Â
