Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a successful and well-known independent property business who are looking to recruit a proactive and well-organised Office Manager to join their super friendly North Oxford office.
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for general office administration and support for the Managing Director and wider team with day-to-day duties including diary management, overseeing numerous email inboxes, directing calls and emails, building client relationships, assisting with the preparation and completion of legal documentation and other ad-hoc office support. Our client supports a large portfolio of clients with properties across the UK, therefore it is essential that the successful Office Manager is extremely well organised with great attention to detail.
The successful Office Manager will enjoy a really varied role, with the opportunity to work amongst a knowledgeable, high-performing team. Alongside general administration duties, the Office Manager will also be responsible for planning meetings and writing minutes, liaising with contractors, supporting with office management and upkeep and putting together key documents, whilst also maintaining tight office procedures and systems so attention to detail and organisation really will be vital for the role.
Whilst you will be joining as an Office Manager, Thompson & Terry Recruitment’s client are looking for a real team player who really enjoys wearing many hats and throwing themself into more complex duties outside your job description.
