  • Overseeing administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Working closely with the legal team to ensure all operations are compliant with regulations.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
  • Ensuring filing systems are maintained and current.

Profile

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the Legal industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of legal compliance, contracts and office management systems.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other office management tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
