Sonic Summary

Vanta Staffing is seeking a Class 1 Driver for a client in the Oxford area, focusing on trunking work.
Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of recent HGV driving experience (Cat C+E) and a valid CPC and digi tacho.
The position offers a salary of £18 per hour for day shifts and £19 per hour for night shifts.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, starting at either 5:00 AM or 5:00 PM, with ongoing work available.
Drivers should be able to complete 2-3 runs per shift and have no more than 6 points on their license (no DR or IN offenses).

Class 1 Driver

Vanta Staffing Reading are recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to work for our client based in the Oxford area. This will involve trunking work, a perfect role for drivers who want consistent work with a prestigious company.

Requirements of a Class 1 Driver:

Minimum 18 months HGV driving (Cat C+E) recent experience.
Be able to complete 2-3 runs - Day work / Trunking work - Nights
Have a valid CPC and digi tacho
No more than 6 points (No DR or IN)

Details:

Salary: £18ph - Days / £19ph - Nights
Working hours: Monday to Friday (05.00 am start) or (17.00 start)
Location: Oxford
Duration: Ongoing work

Role of a Class 1 Driver:

Complete trunking runs; trailer swapping will be involved - Nights
Collections and delivery work (2-3 runs) - Days
Complete vehicle checks
Being flexible and able to complete runs safely
