What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 7/8a Oncology Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of oncology patients. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments• Create and implement personalised care plans• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care• Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration• Experience working with oncology patients and Iqemo• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
