The role involves repairs and maintenance on void properties with a salary of up to £35,000.
Candidates must have either an NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or at least 5 years of experience in the field.
Additional benefits include a company van, fuel card, 25 days annual leave, and a yearly tool allowance of £335.
Skills in other trades such as carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating are also required.

I am looking for a Plumber Multi to work for a well-known Housing Association in the Oxfordshire area. This is a permanent position, carrying out the repairs and maintenance on void properties.

The Plumber/Multi will receive:

Up to £35,000 salary
Company van/fuel card
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The Plumber/Multi will be expected to:

Repairs to domestic plumbing installs
Installing new pipe work
Install new taps, sinks, shower trays etc.
Have skills in other trades such as carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating

The Plumber/Multi will require:

Either an NVQ Level 2 in plumbing OR at least 5 years experience
Experience working in domestic properties
Full UK driving license
