The Role:

As a Central Business Support Administrator, you'll be a key player in our Oxford Operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative support across our divisions. Your responsibilities will include providing general administrative support such as monthly billing, filing, booking meeting rooms, holiday cover, and managing the Business Support Helpdesk Ticketing system. You'll assist with client onboarding by creating Letters of Engagement, adhering to Money Laundering procedures, and converting clients. Additionally, you'll meet and greet office visitors, offer administrative support at other offices, and help with internal and external events. Ensuring excellent client experiences both in-person and over the phone and contributing to general office upkeep will also be part of your role.

What We Offer:

This diverse and engaging role offers you the opportunity to work within a talented and experienced team, enhancing your administrative skills and knowledge. You will benefit from a tailored career progression plan and a competitive salary with an extensive benefits package, including pension, life assurance, health cash plan, retail discount scheme, electric vehicle salary sacrifice, and cycle-to-work options.
