We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Teachers for both supply and long-term positions in the Central OxfordArea.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Lessons: Plan and teach engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

Assess Progress: Regularly assess and report on student progress, adapting teaching as needed.

Classroom Management: Create a positive learning environment that encourages good behaviour.

Support Students: Identify and support individual student needs to ensure their academic growth.

Engage Parents: Maintain effective communication with parents about student progress.

Professional Growth: Participate in professional development and contribute to school activities.

Safeguarding: Ensure student safety by following safeguarding policies.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate young learners
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
