Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the individual needs of all students.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and setting targets to support development and attainment.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure the well-being and academic progress of each child.
Foster a love of learning through creative, interactive, and inspiring teaching methods.
Manage behaviour in line with the school's policies and procedures, creating a respectful and safe learning space.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including attending staff meetings, participating in school events, and supporting extra-curricular activities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Education or a related subject.
Proven experience teaching within the primary school age range (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
A passion for working with young children and a commitment to helping every pupil achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
The ability to differentiate lessons to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with the willingness to collaborate and innovate.
Strong organiational skills and the ability to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
