Role: Product Assistant

Location: Oxford

Salary: 25k- 40k DOE

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday - 09:00am - 17:30pm

Roles Includes:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our hardware and software products, including their features, functionality, and user experience
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure product quality and reliability, identifying and resolving issues swiftly
  • Collaborate with the team to refine testing procedures and provide feedback for product improvements

Candidate specification:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for understanding how things work
  • A love for technology and a willingness to learn and master new tools
  • A desire to grow, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
  • The ability to commute to Oxford and Swindon at least 2 days a week
