The Company: My Client is a signage company that produce high quality and innovative signage solutions that help businesses stand out. As a result of business growth, they are seeking out an energetic, proactive Project Manager to join their team.

The Role:

  • Maintain first class relationships with their clients to obtain the information required for all their signage and marketing suite needs.
  • Undertake site surveys capturing accurate details and measurements to enable a comprehensive project brief and proof to be constructed.
  • Raise comprehensive quotations based on their client’s requirements with ability to successfully educate clients about what product or services can be offered, technical configuration, customisation, and specifications of a product.
  • Meet with their clients and site managers to discuss new projects, recognising opportunities to maximise sales and profits.
  • Keep projects advancing in a smooth fashion, collaborating with their Studio, Production and Installation Teams to establish timelines, provide updates and report on issues or concerns.
  • Follow up sales enquiries
  • Review client sales and margin on a regular basis report to their Management Team
  • Prioritise your own workload and client requests
  • Comply fully with Health & Safety directives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect both the clients & their client’s Intellectual Property (IP)
  • Maintain a high quality of work and customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Superb project management skills; able to prioritise, multi-task, stay calm under pressure and delegate effectively.
  • Equally good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Commercially-focused; sales and customer-service driven.
  • Previous account management/project management experience is essential.
  • Previous experience in a Project Management role within the signage and / or large format graphics industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of the sign manufacturer process preferred.
  • Some knowledge of signage installation processes is desirable.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Competent with all Microsoft Office packages.
