We are looking for aMechanical Supervisorwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theMechanical Supervisor,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheMechanical Supervisor,will be responsible for:

• Lead and supervise a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.
• Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical systems within the facility.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to support seamless facility operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Manage and monitor the performance of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues effectively.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

To be successful for this Mechanical Supervisor role you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within facilities management or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and building automation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
