As Production Supervisor Key Responsibilities Include:
- Enforce health & safety standards and drive compliance
- Maintain quality control and reduce defects
- Oversee production schedules and resource allocation
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Identify process improvements and optimize efficiency
Experience required:
- 3-5 years in manufacturing, with 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of production processes, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
