We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in Security Systems to join our team. Fire system knowledge is a bonus but not essential. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality installations and client satisfaction.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and delivery of security system installations across a variety of sites. You will work closely with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Security System projects, ensuring smooth execution
- Oversee technical design, installation, commissioning, and handover
- Work closely with engineers, suppliers, and clients to meet project requirements
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Provide technical support and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for further business growth
- Proven experience in Project Management within the Security Systems industry
- Strong technical background in security solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms)
- Fire system knowledge is an advantage but not essential
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Full UK driving licence
