LN19253 | Senior Estates and Facilities Administrator| Oxford | £ 19.00 – 19.50 | Temporary 3 months

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Senior Estates and Facilities Administrator to join a large Public Sector organisation in Oxford for a 3 month assignment (with possibility of extension opportunities). The assignment can start immediately and would suit a candidate who is available at short notice.

Role:

The duties will include;

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
  • Liaison with a range of internal and external stakeholders including managers contractors, suppliers, framework partners, staff, visitors, local authorities, emergency services, other organisations
  • Producing documentation, managing documentation and ensuring information is saved in appropriate drives
  • Provide admin support to areas which will include administrative and clerical tasks such as minute taking, use of databases, spreadsheets, storing data, managing utilities and word processing

Person:

The successful candidate will have;

  • Significant experience in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Previous experience working within Estates and Facilities team
  • Have a desire to be apart of a team and help with busy workloads
  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Confidence when communicating with customers
  • Strong organisational skills
