Austin Fraser is currently supporting a forward thinking Software house in Oxfordshire who specialise in creating customised, highly scalable, cloud-hosted web applications for various clients ranging from start-ups to FTSE 100 companies.
They are now looking to onboard an experienced, dynamic and strategic Senior Project Manager to support their consistent growth.
You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and products giving you exposure.This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a business that consistently wins new projects and is growing organically.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering projects and project planning.
- Experience working in the software industry and a good understanding of software project methodology.
- A strong understanding of an Agile methodology.
- Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
- An ability to continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Salary: up to £70K depending on experience + competitive benefits!
